Expertly hand-cut into convenient, juicy steaks from our award winning smoked rack of bacon by Oliver Carty Co. Roscommon From Irish Hampshire breed pigs, farmed exclusively for SuperValu by Luke Bogue in Co. Cavan, these Tomahawk steaks are perfect for mid-week meals or as a weekend roast alternative. They are carefully butchered and hand trimmed by our 3rd generation producer Oliver Cartys. Cut from our famous Irish Hampshire smoked bacon rack, these juicy, succulent steaks retain all of the flavour of the roast you know and love. Gently smoked over beechwood logs for a rich sweet flavour, its easy to see why our rack won the Ultimate Great Tastes Golden Fork award for the best food product in Ireland in 2012, and 2018. It has also won the prestigious Great Tastes 3 stars in 2018 and 2020.
